New York, I Love You (2009)

Los que seáis seguidores de este blog sabréis que llevaba muchísimo tiempo intentando ver la versión Neoyorquina de la aclamada ' Paris Je t'aime '. Pues bien, ayer lo conseguí y he de decir que, o yo tenía unas expectativas muy altas o la película no le llega ni a la suela de los zapatos. ' New York, I love You ' es una película de autor(es) compuesta por 10 cortos, cada uno de ellos creado por un director y con actores distintos. Me llevaría mucho tiempo analizar corto por corto y de momento no lo voy a hacer ya que estoy convencida de que alguien ya lo habrá hecho y seguramente mucho mejor que yo. El film, a pesar de satisfacer mis expectativas, me ha gustado ya que contiene escenas divertidas, graciosas, románticas y tiernas. Destacar especialmente el corto de los dos viejecitos. Los 'Hikikomori', esos aislados de la sociedad

El otro día y tras la recomendación de una compañera del foro vi un documental acerca de los ' Hikikomori '. Para aquellos que no sepáis de qué trata este fenómeno os diré que la palabra ' hikikomori ' en japonés significa ' aislamiento ' y se utiliza para definir a un grupo de jóvenes que se aíslan de la sociedad tras no ser capaces de responder a las altas expectativas y la enorme competitividad que ésta les impone. Los ' hikikomori ' suelen pertenecer a familias de clase media o alta que se enclaustran en una habitación que generalmente está dotada de televisión, videoconsola y ordenador con Internet. En la sociedad japonesa, tener una habitación propia se considera un lujo al alcance de muy pocas familias y la educación de los hijos es responsabilidad directa de las madres.
